Customization and Installation 1. We Make Custom Size: Customize the size and shape of your shade sail to perfectly fit your outdoor space, with a 2-3 business day lead time. 2. How to Measure: Measure the area you wish to shade and choose a sail at least 1-2 feet larger than that area. Identify 3/4 (Triangle/Rectangle) mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount to ensure a taut and flat surface. 3. Installation Guide: a. Install Pad Eyes at mounting points. b. Connect each corner's D-Ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles, not too tightly at first. c. Incrementally increase tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.

Hardware and Warranty Our shade sails come with D-Rings for straightforward installation. Additional hardware is not included but can be purchased separately. We recommend our specially designed hardware kit for optimal and efficient installation.

All our shade sails are made of 190 GSM 100% virgin (non-recycled) HDPE material, which has been treated with a UV-stabilizing compound to ensure long-lasting durability and resistance to fading, tearing, and drying out. They come with a 3-year limited warranty under normal weather and usage conditions.
