When choosing the right size shade sail, measure the area you wish to cover and select a sail at least 1-2 feet larger. Identify 3/4 (Triangle/Rectangle) mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount to ensure a taut and flat installation.

To install a shade sail, first, install the pad eyes at the mounting points. Then, connect each corner's D-ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles, not too tightly at first. Finally, incrementally increase the tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.
